I hired them about a year ago. I recently critiqued their declining service as my plants were dying. They missed a huge irrigation issue that I found even though they come here weekly. After their critique, they stop responding to my messages did not show up for service and basically ghosted me at the beginning of our service I did ask about his license. He says he let it expire and was going to get it current again. But still has not. No morals, no ethics. I have reviewed other platforms and this is the same experience similarly to many others across many platforms, such as Thumbtack, google And others. Overall, the majority is good. But there are still so many that are not. I don’t see how these guys rank this high. With all the negative reviews I’m thinking they might have friends and family be doing reviews for them. Professional businesses don’t operate like this.
