  My wife and I own a small business in Maumelle, AR and hired Mr. Baldridge in the spring of 2010 to see if he could stop water from seeping between the seams of our driveway and staining the concrete with a rusty color. Mr. Baldridge came out, looked at our driveway and said it was a simple procedure. He would take a saw and widen the seams between the concrete pads in our driveway, then inject a polyester based resin that would dry and be harder than the concrete itself. For this, the charge would be $1000. We agreed and he showed up on time the next week and completed the job. He powerwashed the driveway, used Muractic Acid to remove the rust colored stains and we thought we were set. Two weeks later we noticed the resin was not holding and seepage had already started another rusty looking stain on the concrete. I called Mr. Baldridge and he told me because of the weather conditions he would have to find a dry period of time, no rain. We waited about a month for him to contact us to set up a time to take care of the repair. I never heard from him. I called him back, but now it was fall and the temperatures were too chilly for the resin to dry and cure, so we would have to wait until spring. After waiting for over a year to have this resolved I am tired of waiting. I realize now that Mr. Baldrige operates this way with most clients. After doing a Google Search for his company, I found an interesting review on the Democrat Gazette online web site. Apparently another couple was duped for over $3000.

  When Mr. Baldridge came to our home to give us a quote, he mentioned several times what a good Christian man he was and how the Lord provided to him and his wife through their business. I’m sure Mr. Baldridge does not deal with his church family in this matter, or maybe he does.

  I have contacted Mr. Baldrige 4 times in the last 4 weeks, and have waited at home for him to show up for his appointments to correct this matter. He never shows. All I can say is, if you are looking for someone to do concrete work of any type, BEWARE if you use this man. He was not truthful with us and his promises meant nothing.
