    Septic tank removal and sewer hook up

    Ballinger Developments was hired to do the sewer conversion on a family property. I dealt with Mrs. Ballinger personally. She was respectful and professional. Contacted me quickly if I texted her with a question. The price we paid was below others quotes. The whole project from the first interaction with the Ballinger to the last when the project was finished was a pleasant experience.

    Sewer Connection

    Ballinger Developments (Septic) installed a sewer line and abandoned my septic system. Joanne (Mrs. Ballinger) was extremely nice and very helpful through the whole process. The work was very professional and completed in a timely manner. I was shocked to read the one star review and am very suspicious that it was from someone who is friends or affiliated with a competitor. Call Ballinger...you’ll see I’m right! Shame on you!

    Septic Conversion
    $3,700

    Service was horrible. The woman on the other end of the line was rude. I believe that she is Mrs. Ballinger. She could not be bothered by my inquiries and used snippy tones while talking at me as if I was an idiot. This converting my septic system is not only mandatory, but confusing as well as costly. Ballinger Septic did not want to be bothered with the likes of me, since they have bigger fish with deeper pockets to cater to. On the other hand, Action Septic was not only compliant with my needs, their prices were reasonable and they treated me like I was a valued customer. Ballinger Septic treated me like I was a burden. Shame on Ballinger Septic.
