Do not use this company ...
Their workmanship is shoddy, lousy,awful, hack work, etc.
They built and installed my porch. In less than 2 years it's starting to fall apart.
I spoke with Steve Balon and he has yet to look at the porch and call me back.I had to use them because they are part of the Lackawanna Housing Program.
I definitely would not recommend to use them.

Balon Brothers just completed acomplete tear off and reshingle of our roof on our 2 story house. It was very easy to work with Steve and Dave, they were professional and worked around our schedule. They were very efficient. It was easy to reach Steve, he always returned phone calls promptly. We were given a written estimate, which he stuck to and was very reasonable. Everything was explained to us. We definately would recommend them.
