Gerald was excellent at communicating and did a fantastic job! We tackled parts of the kitchen remodel ourselves but had him help with the removal of a load bearing wall and moving a window over. He was happy to work alongside us and gave us a lot of tips on the projects were tackling. He has great attention to detail and will ask questions and involve you every step of the when there are decisions to be made. He also keeps expectations in line with what he knows he can deliver and does not overpromise or oversell. We look forward to having Gerald back for more projects in the future!

We have worked with Baltic Home Improvement of multiple projects over the past decade. This began with smaller projects but has moved on to major renovations or new contractions including decks, walls, stairways, as we all as reconstruction and repair. We hired Gerald to create a laundry space in our condo. Prior to hire, Gerald had his plumber and electrician come in to evaluate the project before giving us his bid. No one else did this. We knew we would be getting a reliable cost from him. The finished space is exactly what we wanted and looks great. Gerald is a good communicator. He always informed us on what was being done and was very responsive to questions. He and his team managed the inspection process efficiently. Gerald is a good guy with a good crew. They were very easy to work with. We recommend them highly.

We have had Gerald many times for a whole assortment of jobs. He is an excellent painter and repairman of most anything, even moved our hot tub and replaced the flooring. Fixed insulation, sliding door, window ropes, carpentry and tiling. His most outstanding feature is that nothing seems to be a problem he can't figure out, and he is never an alarmist! Gerald is pleasant to have around, efficient and fair in pricing. It is really nice to have ONE guy who can answer a lot of needs, large or small. A+ recommendation. Joyce

We hired Gerald to built a beautiful deck and fence for our home. He was always present on the job site, his attention to detail and quality workmanship clearly show. He handled all permits, completed the work on time and at the agreed upon price. We appreciated the deck sufficiently that we have had him back to do a full basement remodeling and he did more then we expected and his wife was great with interior design (Thanks Inna), we are so happy about our new entertainment room.
