    We had our roof replaced in September of 2010. Steve actually showed us that the previous roofer had put a THIRD layer of shingles on our roof, along with having taken a couple of other "short cuts" we were unaware of! He's honest and very thorough. He and his crew did an outstanding job and as another reviewer stated, the cleanup -- after EACH day -- was spotless. Definitely a big thumbs up to Zephyr Construction!

    I had Zephyr Construction put vinyl siding on my house a couple years ago. It looks great. Very professional job and a SPOTLESS cleanup. He found areas that needed replacing under the siding that was rotted and fixed that, also. I am now having him replace shingles on the house. I didn't even get other bids on the job. Zephyr will do all the construction updates for me from now on. Very honest, very professional, and charges a fair price. I highly recommend him.

    I had them put a new roof on my home last summer, Great job. I now have them doing work on another house today and I will be calling him on my next job.
