He does not guarantee his work. Would not suggest him. Poor customer relations. Bamford puts in a new aerator about six months ago. Immediately it is louder than the old one. He tries to blame this on the electrician. The motor is so loud that my neighbors complain. He comes out once, the fix lasts about a month and it progressively gets worst. He refuses to come out. Doesn't answer his phone and doesn't call back. He just texts to refer me to another septic repair.

We hired Bamford Septic to decommission our outhouse pit toilet then repair and connect our cabin to an approved, unused drywell system on an adjacent lot that we also owned. The install included all required permit submissions and approvals for a pump station near the cabin, replacement of the old inlet and outlet lines, and two breaker panel circuits for the pump and alarm. The quality of his work and communication were excellent and the job was completed 3 weeks ahead of schedule for a reasonable price. I'm extremely pleased with the work and would not hesitate to contract his services again.
