    Remodel flooded house

    Marc was extremely professional and helpful with every single step of the process. He kept his timelines in place, and kept us up to date with any delays, changes that needed to be made, etc. I can not thank Marc and Blake enough for everything. Could not recommend them enough times. If you want your house remodeled in the right way, these are the guys for you.

    Mitigate and restorate house after flood damage
    $141,000

    Contractor did everything he promised to do and more. Well pleased with the quality of the work performed. Contractor even came back after the completion of the project to do work that was overlooked. Would not hesitate to hire him again.

    Rebuild complete interior of 2250 sq foot home

    Our home inn Baton Rouge flooded last August 14,2017. We hired Banner Property management to completely rebuild the interior of the home. Marc and his team of guys were the best. The stress and pressure that went along with this event was enough to send anyone's mind into a tail spin. Our circumstances were a bit different then some others in that we were in the process of moving to another State and the home was for sale with sale pending at the time of the flood. This meant we needed someone comp;letly Professional, organized, efficient and with good communication skills. With Marc we hit the jack pot !! His company went over and above to get our house back together. Not only did it get put back together it was built better than it was prior to the flood. Marc had lots of great idea's of updating the property within our budget and he did it FIRST CLASS using the best materials in doing so. In talking about relieving the stress Marc also did all of the insurance claim communication that alone was a huge burden lifted. Marc's expirience was invaluable alone with the insurance company because he has the knowledge of what is expected with documentation. Marc and his team knew exactly what steps and procedures needed to be followed. Marc knew what steps were needed for water remidiation and documented everything on paper. It made our process go smoothly because we could show the house was rebuilt using the right guidelines , methods and procedures it was all documented.When the home was completed it was sad for us to sell because it was even more beautiful after Marc finished it. I should mention it also fetched a higher sale price. Thank You Banner Construction !! I wished we could have had you build this home in Missouri.
