BANX Telcom came into my water district to use directional boring to install fiber optic lines for Open Infra. During this time, they damaged multiple water lines and refuse to take responsibility for any of their hits and place blame on everyone except themselves. They need to take responsibility for the damages they do and gain a better understanding in the dig rules in Texas. The only concern they had was how many feet of cable they could get in the ground and had no concern over the health and well being of the community on the water system.
