    sewer repair

    I had the same experience with Bao Tran. Sewer excavation and paid him 15K.

    Np permits, no police detail. Nightmare from hell trying to find him.

    Spread the word. KMD Equipment Corp/Nonantum Cotracting Co.

    I wish I had the info of the person who wrote this review. I can't find him. I don't want him not to do this to anyone else.

    Water pipeline replacement and road restoration

    If you are trying to hire Bao Tran (KMD Equipment Corp or Nonantum Contracting Co. or whatever the company name is) for any job, please read this review first, then decide.
    This person is such a big scam and here is my story. I found this guy through another contractor for a water pipeline replacement project on my property. We met at my house and he seems a nice guy, and told me he bought small company around, like the one I initially contacted with, but end up being him. But I wasn't pay much attention to that and just told him what we need to do. So we signed the contract, and he took my deposit, and told me he will start to do the job next week. And guess what, nothing happened. Then he started giving me numerous excuse after that and just kept delaying the job. After a month, still nothing happen, which lead me to find out he is actually on the city's No-Hiring list because he own money to the police department! Who does that!. So basically he can't do the job because the city won't issue him the permit. So I terminate the contract and ask for refund of the deposit. He just disappeared. I even went to the address on his business card, and that just a mail box left, the office is all empty, and its neighbor company told me they haven't see them for months. They really ran away! Now think back that he told me they bought small company around, I realized they do that because they need change name often or to get business or keep scamming people through other ways since he can't do it himself on his name after fraud. So at this point I guess you can see what kind of guy or company he is. I can't believe how can he still in business and just going around cheat on people and take their money and run away. I am currently filing lawsuit and compliant to get his licence suspended. So my advise is: STAY AWAY FROM BAO TRAN!!!
