If I could give a less-than-terrible review, I surely would. This piece of work lied, manipulated, and stole our money for a new roof, which we never received. Ramon J. Barela promised to complete a new TPO roof, but instead took the money and ran. Stay clear away from Ramon and Bar III Construction. They take zero pride in work and reputation.
