    Kitchen Remodel project

    I have never been more pleased with the way this entire project was handled. The two construction workers, father and son, Dennis and Scott arrived each day ON TIME. They worked 4 or 5 hours each day without taking a break for lunch or going to the bathroom. They were quiet, no music, no loud talking, smoking or even sitting. I called them my angels. They worked with quality of finished product. Never did I have to ask them to redo anything, everything was done with precision and care. Aharon Baratz would come by at least once a week to check on the progress and periodically to collect payment for each segment of work that had been completed. If I ever had a question, I would call Aharon and he always answered the phone and responded immediately to my inquiry. I

    Kitchen Remodel project

    Complete remodel with tile floors, all new cabinets, countertops, sink, backsplash and appliances installed.
    What I liked: Project was completed in about 2.5 months, frequent communication with the contractor and the same crew did the entire project which was great not having a ton of different crews in and out like I’ve experienced with other contractors. Agreement included allowances for flooring, backsplash, hardware and faucet which ended up increasing my total cost since I opted for mid-level materials.
    Things that could have been better: 1.) Kitchen entryway was cutout to allow cabinet clearance which was repaired but i had to repair trim on the doorway outside of kitchen; 2.) The countertop remnant that I ordered was not long enough once the cabinets were measured so a different countertop was cut without my knowledge until it was delivered. Although I like the replacement, it’s completely different in color and style from what I initially ordered - I should have been asked to pick a new product rather than the decision being made for me.
    Overall I’m happy with the end result.
