He provided a list of tasks to be done, with an estimate. Repairs were to be completed 1 week after a 50% deposit, which he got on a Friday 8/11. No work was even started by 8/18. He was again contacted on the 23rd, at which time he promised completion by COB the 27th. Arrangements were made to meet the following morning, 8/28, and inspect the work and make final payment. On the 28th the work had still not been started and he was a no-show for our appointment. I called and fired him, now I am waiting on a refund.
