Thomas has always come to our home the same day. He's performed quite a few services for us. Very reasonable prices.
He also has connections with several different people who provide different services (i.e.: plumber). I've used his referrals and they, too, provide exceptional service.

Paid to have my thermostat replaced. Was told I had pay the difference my home warranty didn't pay before they would order thermostat. After I pay the difference of $100 which included an additional 30 minutes of labor. I was told by Bill that Choice didn't pay their part. Ok if my home warranty didn't pay you why did u request that I pay before you order part. Still have not gotten my thermostat replaced and they are saying they don't give refunds on special order parts. OK so why did u order it with only the money you requested from me.
