Where do I start? Quoted my parents, family member, and friend each for separate projects with specific start dates and prices. As the time approached to do the work he strung along each project and eventually either upped the price or pulled out completely because he didn’t feel like doing the work or wanted us to pay $1000 more than the original quote because he waited for a year after his original start date and material costs went up. He routinely avoids texts and will respond weeks later or not at all. Avoid at all costs if you actually want work to get done with a fair price!
