Proceed with caution before contacting or committing to work with Cody Nichols. His company was former Posh Pools of Florida; he is now working as Suncoast Unlimited Outdoors. He takes your money, tries to have other people pull permits for him OR tries to complete the work without one, he does not return phone calls, he only texts instead of calls, no one shows up when they say they will. We spent almost 2 months trying to work things out with him.
Cody Nichols is a criminal; he takes your money and disappears. Every time we questioned him about something he was full of excuses and didn’t follow through on anything! He tries to have other people on the job pull permits for him, when it didn’t work out for him with our job he tried to have concrete poured for our footer without a permit (luckily I was home to stop it)….. He also took a check from me made payable to the aluminum screen company and deposited into his own account. We have made numerous attempts at getting a refund … He is a liar, thief and a crook!!!!
