Beware..Terrible customer service from Allen the son-in-law of the owner Bill Barnett. I called two weeks ago for a quote to replace my roof and was told on several occasions that someone would be out to take a look and provide a quote so we could get our leaking roof fixed. We had to follow up 3 times with no answer from the last text message we sent 4 days ago. When I finally called and got in touch with Allen, he was very defensive because I was trying to find out what the problem was with lack of communication and follow through and I was advised that he doesnt want to work with
