I would have given him a 5 star rating if he had fulfilled his contract. He did a good job in my driveway and front step. When he asked for prepayment to special order the porch railings in Sept 2016 I complied. That was the last I saw him and my $650. It is now July 2017 still nothing. I have tried various ways to contact him but I got no response from him. Now I am going public and will file action in small claims court.
