I was never able to contract services with Mr. Bennett. He came highly recommended and I am sure he does an excellent job with construction. However, It took a long time for him to contact us back initially and when he did he came and looked over our home regarding a large renovation project. He took our original and only copy of our house plans. After the day he was here we have tried to contact him to find out if we need to hire an architect because he left it that he was going to communicate with one that I knew stayed pretty swamped. I've tried to communicate with him since April 4th 2023 and there's no return text, email or call. My husband texted him on May 17th to ask him for his address so we could come get our house plans and he texted him back that he would call us the next day. It is now May 22nd and we still haven't heard back from him. At this point we just want our house plans back.
