Our experience with Barrera Roofing was excellent. They were one of three roofing companies to inspect our roof for replacement due to improper installation at construction. Each of the three gave us the same inspection report, showing problem areas. We chose Barrera based on their history with other homeowners in our development and based on their detailed contract. We were not disappointed. We would recommend them.

Very unethical. They performed an inspection on my tile roof for buyer. I had roof inspected 1 week before by another roofing company that recommended $1,200 of repairs on a few broken tiles. Barrera roofing recommended replacing whole roof. They removed tiles and took pictures to suggest I had missing tiles. They used a picture of another roof (not mine) on the covered patio that was roof coated. I had mine coated 1 month back and was perfect but their picture showed multiple large tar spots as well as cracks on what looked like a damaged roof. They then proceeded to market their services on the roof inspection report which is what they were really after. The house has never had a roof leak. The buyer backed out of purchasing my house after reading the roof inspection report. I have reported them to the BBB for their very unethical conduct of the roof inspection. Stay away from this company.

Roof inspection showed problems. Presentation with photo documentation of problem was excellent. First day, the foreman on the project introduced himself saying he would answer any questions or issues. Workers were professional. Follow up photo presentation after repair was complete and thorough. We would recommend Barrera roofing.
