Overall the work was good. They left the job on a very bad not. The owner keeps telling you what a good job he does but left the renovation with a lot of problems. After several weeks of trying him to comeback and correct his errors and sloppiness he never showed. Plus, he tries to charge by the hour which drives up the cost and doesn't incentivize him to work quickly. Be aware.
