DO NOT USE BARROW POOLS!!! I signed a contract with Joe Barrow in October 0f 2020. My pool is still not finished 15 months later. The whole experience has been a total nightmare and Joe is a master of excuses. Covid and the supply chain back log has caused everyone headaches, but Joe has used those excuses for far too long. Every other company has adapted to the new reality except Joe. The nightmare of a half finished construction project has definitely come true for me courtesy of Joe Barrow with Barrow Pools.
