    I hired Steve and his team to paint my new house. Not only did they do an amazing job painting, but Steve recommended some other things around the house that really needed some work. He switched out a few faulty doors, helped improve my electrical and I am hoping to work with Steve to install a fireplace. His suggestions were incredibly thoughtful and useful. His work was exceptional quality, at a fair price. Steve was very communicative, responsive and timely in delivery of work. In the world of contractors where it's very difficult to find an honest person who does quality work, Steve is your guy.

    We wanted to do some repairs to an existing redwood deck that was 30yrs old. Steve did a great job helping us work within our budget. I feel we got our money's worth and are pleased with the final results. Steve's crew seemed to really know their work. Some of the initial repair work seemed to be done a little rushed, but Steve was open to feedback and made sure we were satisfied at the completion of the job.

    Water Heater Installation

    I needed a water heater replaced in a mobile home I recently purchased. Steve Bartkus came out to give a bid on replacing it. He responded promptly, and it turned out be more expensive than originally estimated due to the extra work involved in replacing it, but I understand that this is sometimes necessary.

    After the installation was completed, I found some minor errors in the work performed. I contacted Steve, and he came back in a relatively timely manner and took care of the errors to my satisfaction.

    Steve is an energetic, and conscientious person who strives to do good work, and I would recommend him for any work you would need !
