    Have not been able to contact contractor for over 9 months to get warrantee work done. Calls unanswered. His web site is no longer in operation. His online project management program is no longer working. Certified letter to him was returned, no forwarding address available. Looks like he is going to be delinquent in his filing with the secretary of state. Do not use.

    We had Bartlett construction finish our basement and they did a fantastic job. They got the project done on time and came in on budget. Like any project there were some hiccups along the way but Bobby did a great job with working through them with us and keeping our project moving forward. I would absolutely recommend Bartlett construction for any project.

    We would highly recommend Bartlett Construction to anyone! A true value in the contractor and construction business, as far as we're concerned. He was very professional, gave us a competitive bid, made a CAD design before we began so we could visualize how our project would look, and was happy to make any changes that we wanted. He knows the building codes and requirements like the back of his hand, so all the inspections went super smooth. He worked fast, his finished product was outstanding, and he stayed on budget throughout the entire basement remodel. In fact, he actually saved a little on one portion of our remodel and passed the savings on to us. It is our experience, that he is a very honest individual. As such, we plan to use his company again in the future. Thanks to Bartlett Construction for our amazing basement!

    We were originally told we would have our remodel completed by Thanksgiving 2015; that did not happen. We also went without it for Christmas, New Years and than again Easter 2016. We went 90 days without access to kitchen at all. It was over a year since signing contract and the project was still not completed. We filed a detailed complaint with the Denver Better Business Bureau which Bartell Home Improvement has not responded to at this time.
