I had a lot of work done by Joe. Some of it good and some of it bad. My major complaint is that Joe replaced an in floor cleaning head with one of a different color. The next time I had the pool drained I purchased a head in the correct color to be installed. Somehow the first head HE put in was installed incorrectly and he had a hard time getting it out. He put the new head in the receptacle and only AFTER the pool was filled he said “I hope it stays”. Of course it did not and now I have a damaged receptacle without a head and the head I purchased is also ruined. He also ruined the special tool I had for installation and removal. Pool is full of water and not able to fix it without major repair. Not happy at all.

Joe and his crew have been taking care of our pool at our rental for years, they are the best.

In the beginning the service was great. Towards the end it was painful trying to ask questions or get him to come out and check equipment. The straw that finally had me switch was being charged $120 for Joe to “fix” my vacuum breaker, only to have the issue continue. All Joe did was turn off the backflow water to the pool and charge me $120 for it. Also discovered the filter cleaning I was charged for was never done, after begging for a month to be put on their schedule. No clue what happened to this business but I’m glad I switched
