What a mess!! Hired these guys Jason and Steve to complete simple wiring job, weeks and weeks of unanswered calls, then they walked when I wouldn't pay up front!! Really rude, not recommended

I hired the Basaku Communications for a surveillance system and a few other misc/custom addons that I couldn't find anyone to do because everyone said that what i wanted was not possible. Yeah, took them a few extra days to get the parts and equipment together and figure a few pathing issues out but on a custom "everyone says impossible" job, who wouldn't expect delays......
Steve completed the job and wow, that guy knows stuff that will spin your head. I am a talker and i guess he is must be cause it took a few but once i got him talking, wow.... he has done it all... I would hire them in a heart beat. Sharp as a tac. If you aren't in a huge rush and you don't mind waiting for a call back cause he works in places that cellular phones don't work, then he is definitely a good choice.. But only if you are not in a hurry. He works pretty quick but getting yourself an appointment might take a couple calls and a tad of patience but absolutely worth it. I was kind a irritated that I had to wait for a few days just to ask for an appointment from some guy that i was vaguely told about being good but once he arrived and we chatted for a few, all my irritation was gone. It has been a few months and my system runs great and there are some custom devices he built custom that i couldn't find anywhere that he added to the system that just really made the system even better....
2 thumbs way up but remember.. Patience is a virtue.. And well worth it. I love my system.
