They responded to a warranty call for a leak under the toilet. The plumber went under the house and "could not see a leak" but put a new wax seal on toilet at my insistence anyway. Odor continued getting worse. Now, 8 months later, my pest control service man saw the leak himself & I was confused. He said it cannot be seen unless the plumber crawled "under the toilet" area in the crawl space. Not rocket science here. The plumber was lazy all the way around, did not crawl under the bathroom where it was leaking, didn't want to fix my toilet and got the money anyway. Neither Base One Plumbing nor the warranty co. will make this right. I must pay twice out of my social security to get the work done.
