    I called basement king after getting estimates I couldn't afford from other companies. The owner came to my home and walked through my basement with me. He explained Rio me that water was getting into my basement because of a window on my 1st floor. I had never been told that. He came back with his workers and they replaced the window and clean up the mold on my basement walls. I haven't had a problem since. I really appreciate that he didn't take advantage of me and try and sell me something I didn't need. He was nice and kind and I have referred them to someone else needing help and I would refer to anyone needing their service.
