I hired Bashor's to fix my pool and what a mistake that was. Two of them came to my house and after troubleshooting my problem for over an hour they told me that I need a new pump. I believed them so I paid them $40 for the visit and they said they would buy me a new pump and install it for $700. I told them to go ahead and do it. The same two guys came out to my house about a week later with the new pump and they installed it. The new pump didn't solve the problem. They had totally misdiagnosed the problem but they still took my $700. They told me that now that the pump has been used they cannot take it back. They had someone else from their company come out and he told me that it would be another $2000 to fix my pool. Either they don't know what they are doing or they are dishonest. They did come out and kind of jury rig something does gives me some pressure but it doesn't suck anything except water. None of the debris in the pool at all. I was outside BBQing when they were hooking this thing up. I asked them how I could hook up my pool sweeper to this thing. I turned back to my BBQ to flip my food and by the time I turned around they were gone. They didn't say anything they just left and by the time I looked in my front yard they had already taken off in their truck. The guy who did the repairs said he would guarantee his work and he would give me a free pool cleaning but he will not take my calls or respond to any texts. I guess it is my fault for hiring such a crappy and dishonest company but I hope this review will keep other people from making the same mistake.
