We just had an outstanding experience with Bass Brothers Roofing. Stuart Bass went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were met in a most professional manner. He met with us and then an insurance adjuster as well as an engineer with the insurance company to make sure we had a valid claim. It took a long process with the insurance company and Stuart was there at every step. Then COVID hit and everyone had to wait for things to get sorted out. Yet Stuart stayed with it , and we able to finally get the job done. We had a metal roof installed on our vacation home in Ruidoso and it looks great. We highly recommend Bass Brothers Allen and Marie Cruthirds.

I cannot say enough good about Bass Brothers Roofing. I whole heartedly endorse them and encourage you to use them to build or repair your roof. I had a metal roof put on my house in Alto, New Mexico several years ago, but was having problems with leaks around the skylights and the chimney. I filed and insurance claim and Stuart Bass helped me to fill out the claim and get all I could get from the insurance company. The actual repair of the roof took a long time, but it occurred in the winter and was delayed because of snow and wind. Ours is a A-frame house and handling those big sheets of tin is tricky in the wind! But, David (Stuart’s son) kept us very well informed during the build with photos and descriptions. When it was completed, the roof was beautiful and all of the flashing around the skylights and chimney were very well done. (Bass Brothers found rotten roof decking due to the years of having no flashing around the penetrations, and they replaced them for us.). Very professional job, very well done. And at a fair price. We could not be happier.
