    From the first interaction with my general contractor, Bruno Fonzo at Bassco, he has always maintained great professionalism and communication.  He was always willing to answer any questions that I had prior to demo day.  He outlined in great detail all the tips and tricks for preparing for the start of our remodel and even checked back in with me prior to start to see if I had any last minute questions.  Although we had a few unexpected surprises in our remodel, Bruno maintained that great communication and was able to resolve issues as they arose.  Working while under construction has its challenges but Bruno and his crew insured that we never felt displaced and always met my customers with a smiles.  As we neared the completion of our remodel, Bruno again asked if I had any questions and although I had a small punch list of items to attend to, he immediately jumped on the list and completed it to full satisfaction within a very reasonable time frame.   I am very happy with my new store and will gladly recommend Bruno to any franchisees who are reviewing general contractors in my area.
