    I write this review with great pleasure.
    I researched all my local A/C contractors in IRC & got quotes from several.
    I actually always look to support local VETERAN owned contractors and business’s when possible.
    I moved to Lexington Place, Vero 6 months ago. I didn't need a new A/C but all my neighbors that I could talk to in our gated community had already replaced their 6-7-year-old inferior Carrier A/C units.
    So, I was doing a pre-empted strike by replacing mine now instead of on the 4th of July when it is 90 degrees.
    So, I chose Bates Air & Heat, a VETERAN owned A/C contractor in Vero Beach.
    They offered me a 10-year Parts & Labor warranty on a 4-ton 15.2 Seer split Trane A/C & 10 watt heat Air Handler.
    I gave them a deposit on the contract & two days later my inferior 7-year-old Carrier died, lol.
    They sent a Tech out the next day free of charge to see if they could patch it up till my new Trane was delivered.
    Nope it was dead!
    They were professional enough to install my new unit 2 days later!
    That's what you get from a VETERAN Owned Business, they actually care!
    Their techs all wore booties, used drop cloths & completely cleaned up as if they were never here!

    inspect anfd fix why my AC temperature was risining and not colling

    Never had a better experience. The fact Steve came out after hours at 10:30pm on a Saturday was very welcoming. I especially like the fact that this is a veteran owned company. My father was a POW in WWII and if he was still alive he would have swapped stories with Steve. Steve did a complete system inspection and qucikly diagnosed the problem and took swift action. I have a service contract with another company who advertises 24hr service and could not meet by needs until Monday. I will never use this company again. Bates Air and Heating will now have my full support and service. Steve was honest, knowelegable and hinest. I highly recommend him and his company. Thank you for your service Steve!!!

    Wonderful! Steven came out and gave us a great price on installing a system, came back a week later and Installed it . Got a 10 year warranty too for less than what the big guys around town were offering.
