  Bath remodel

  We contracted with Bath Max to remodel a small bath with a stall shower based on reviews.The sub contractor said the job would take 3days. The work on the first day was done well. The afternoon on the 2nd day, witch was a Friday they made the decision to finish that day. They became careless. Clean up was minimal with cigarette butts in the lawn and driveway.Based on pictures Wayne offered to come and fix the problems.We declined based on the fact the items were glued in place. Wayne did give was a token refund however we are left with a substandard job.

  Consult for shower replacement

  This review may appear unusual based on the fact we did not go through with the shower remodel project we had proposed due to the pandemic. We are not folks who would typically write an article, whether it be positive or negative. A matter of fact, this is the first website we ever commented on regarding contractors and we have dealt with dozens over our time. Wayne is the owner of the BATHMAX Company we researched, and we felt very comfortable working with him through the early stages of the proposed project. Little did we know at the time, Wayne was dealing with some personal issues. The sign of a consummate professional is when an owner/contractor is able to separate personal and professional setbacks. Wayne was nothing short of awesome. He displayed calm in the wake of unsettling times. Wayne showed his true “professional” colors throughout discussions where others may not have been able to maintain control. We write this short paragraph to applaud Wayne, and although the timing was not right for us during these unprecedented times, we were impressed with Wayne’s handling of the situation. Thank you Wayne !!!
