His crew did a very good job with a porch addition to our house and they were efficient with their time, too.

We had interior storm damage from Hurricane Florence. David did a good job in the beginning of the renovation but his crew was very careless with repairs that weren’t as visible....I e part of the attic had no insulation. They had to make a box to cover a beam because they didn’t measure the wall board properly when they replaced the ceiling. Now the box is falling away from the ceiling and David refuses to repair it. It wasn’t adequately screwed to the beam. Screws were too short to attach the box. Now I’m having to pay another $700 to repair it and to properly place insulation in the ceiling/attic. His crew was sloppy and and I’m still trying to remove putty from louvre door slats. They also put some of the furniture on the screened in porch for several days (rainy days) and he would not reimburse us for this. Finally the house was not properly cleaned after the job. Jobs he’s done in the past were well done...can’t recommend him after this last job.
