I did business with Mr. Batts in April of 2014 for some electrical contracting work. I was very disappointed with the work performed. I had to hire another company to come in and fix the multiple problems that Mr. Batts left behind. I contacted him to notify him of the rework that needed to be performed and he said that all work performed and payments I made were final. I definitely do not recommend this business!

In 2017 I was building a home in Shreveport la when I discovered my electrical contractor was doing bad work. I called Batts Electric and they came and gave me a quote and they finished the work fast and the work was excellent. I will definitely use him again.
