Bauen Studios was responsible for building a 750 square foot addition for our School during the Spring of 2016. The work was excellent, under projected cost and completed prior to the anticipated finish date. The crews on this project were highly qualified, efficient and worked well under a variety of conditions. Chad Green was on site regularly over seeing all aspects of the construction, from meeting with our local Fire Chief, to the delivery of materials, and was present for all inspections. The company was readily available to answer all questions, and responded to phone messages and emails promptly on all occasions. This construction occurred during our School's business hours and Bauen Studios did an outstanding job of scheduling work so that the sensitive routines for the students would not be interrupted. We have been so impressed by the workmanship, timeliness, and professionalism of Bauen Studios, that we have contracted them for an extensive renovation to our School Summer 2017.
It is with absolute confidence that we would recommend Bauen Studios!

GC on our job was the worst I’ve seen, in a word, LAZY! He apparently never checked anyone’s work, and allowed both electrical and plumbing work to be put in backwards, upside down and in some cases, twice, as people put in boxes in wrong places, and instead of fixing the problem, he covered it with a plastic plate. Walks over left over materials instead of picking it up[ and getting rid of. I lcan’t tell you enough to run from this company, don’t just walk away, RUN!!
