We used Jim Baum on two large bathroom projects in 2016 and 2017 and we are very, very happy! He is very detail oriented and his tiling work for both bathrooms is exceptional. We enjoyed working with Jim and Mike as the projects progressed. Any delays were typically related to our changes in specifications/material. He was always patient to create two beautiful bathrooms that we love! His years of experience were critical to not making "home owner" mistakes. I would highly recommend Jim and use him again into the future for other projects at our home! MA&B
