Baumbach Electric is the electrical subcontractor and they are great. I interacted with Bruce Baumbach a lot and I would recommend him. The scope of work was small in square footage but substantial - new subpanel, new main service panel, running a conduit about 50-60 feet between the two, coordinating with concrete sub to run the conduit under a new concrete driveway. A ufer, a number of new circuits in new framing.
