    No, my father hired Bill from Bat area roofers to redo the roof, he was family so we didn't get a contract or warranty and he asked for cash, we trusted him until the roof leaked and mold appeared, he bleached area to cover it, found out later that doesn't work, he knows his late ex wife was exposed to mold, spent last few years sicker and sicker till she died, she was my sister, I was scared to death of mold, He didn't patch up roof correctly, insurance adjuster found a few areas that needed work, he took pictures, told me that roof needs to be repaired before mold issue can be taken care of, I have called Bill several times but he hasn't responded, the roof still leaks, he betrayed my father after trusting him over 40 years, now I have to find another roofer. He tried to get a neighbor to do his roof when we had ours done, they went with someone else and are glad they did, this has been very upsetting worrying about that mold and not getting it taken care of. Our daughter's tried to get him to respond, no luck. .NEVER TRUST FAMILY OR BAY AREA ROOFING
