We are extremely happy with the beautiful bathroom renovation Bay Home Remodeling gave us. Tom Edi and his crew were skillful in every procedure we requested: plumbing, electrical, tile, hardware, painting and frequent updates. Our house is an old one and we asked for a complete existing bathroom demolition to the frame with all new plumbing and wiring. Tom’s crew expertly managed this perfectly to building codes and gave us a bathroom we are proud of. We can’t be more pleased with the workers who accommodated us with consideration and kindness. As project manager, Tom stopped by every day to check on his crew’s progress and brief us on any issues or problems. He even accompanied us to the tile store to advise us on floor, wall and grout requirements. He is truly a hands-on supervisor. Every project has at least one major difficulty. Ours was termites. Tom accommodated the required delay to treat the condition by working around the termite control service. Our furniture and carpets were protected during the renovation and our private property was respected by his crew. The project was finished on time and within the budget. I was referred to Bay Home Remodeling by one of my close friends who was really happy with the updates she just made to her home. The service was great! I contacted for an estimate to make changes to my bathrooms and kitchen. I got a fast reply within 24 hours. Tom was amazing throughout the process. From estimate to completion, I always felt like I was being listened to and wasn't being overcharged for anything unnecessary. The workers were very professional, followed COVID guidelines, and I was always clear on next steps. They helped me with the design and the selection of materials. They were there from start to finish and also made sure everything was clean! My husband and I decided to select Bay Home Remodeling to renovate my kitchen. Having gone through the renovation of other areas of my home, we know what a process that can be. Having no kitchen would be upsetting. I love to cook and for me the kitchen is truly the heart of the home. Bay Home made the whole process less stressful. My experience with Bay Home Remodeling was very positive for renovation for my small bathroom. Their price was competitive and provided a high level of service, from getting building approval to project management. And the result was beautiful! I ordered most of the finish materials myself with the help of Tom my project manager, the management and execution of project from start to finish was great and they were very responsive in dealing with any issues. My building management, Super and neighbors all commented that they were professional and easy to work with. I would definitely hire them again for another project.

My bathroom was over 30 years old and therefore was quite outdated. As well, The bathroom had damaged pipes and needed a complete renovation. They presented all options and guided me through the design and selection process. I never felt rushed or pressured and it was very reassuring to see how devoted they were. After a long research to find a trusted general contractor. we chose Tom to be our project manager for our master bathroom and it was an excellent experience! Right from the start, Tom was very helpful and told us about the whole process, what will decrease the price and what not so we will stay in our budget. The project had no delays and it was very organized with attention to small details.
Even the inspector told us the the bathroom is beautiful. So we definitely recommend Bay Home remodeling!

After getting quotes from several contractors, I ultimately chose to work with Tom and Gal to remodel my bathroom. Tom arrived for the estimate with an easy going, friendly demeanor. He gave a positive first impression, giving an objective assessment of the apartment's condition and work that would be required for the job. The quote that was emailed later that evening was better than the rest by a significant margin. In the next phase of the project, I deal with Gal. All details of the project were agreed upon, including the scope of work. During the 30 days of work, I stopped by numerous times . Tom was friendly, hard working, and professional - he completed the whole project smooth and without any issues. After a final inspection, a few touch ups were required, but were completed on the following morning without question. The final results were very nice and clean. Tom went above and beyond by doing some extra work that was requested during the project. He took down an existing chandelier and installed a new light fixture in the living room. Due to poor design, the install was not as straight forward as it should've been. Tom stayed late with his team on the final day to finish installing it for me, which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend Tom and Gal - they are a great team, down to earth in dealing with people, and will come through on their word for your project.
