Twice my solar system has gone done due to the Wi-Fi connection Bay Park had installed. When I purchased my system, I was promised that it would be monitored by Bay Park and that they would know it before I did. In both incidences of failure I had to call Bay Park to let them know about the issue.
The phone number on this website is not in service. very disappointing.
