We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Bay Remodels! We have an old-style house and we wanted basically took it to the ground and did a complete rebuild. From the initial consultation to the end of the project, we felt comfortable that our dream house was in the right hands. We wanted an open interior, brick inlay in the aisles, big deck and balcony. I did a second floor room addition, plus a relocation of one bath and a remodel of another and a kitchen remodel of my 1950's home. Arsen and Emilio were great in working through this project. The project included a new foundation, framing, finished walls, tile and marble work, hardwood floors along with the new plumbing and electrical work required for the $200,000+ job. They were on the job every day for months and they secured the roof through the rainy season. Arsen could almost read my mind when issues did arise and he had solutions instantaneously, one could sense that he had been there and done that. Very reassuring.  I believe I could not made a better choice.

We hired Bay Remodels for a very large renovation in February of 2019. Our project was a result of an internal flood and we were looking to rebuild as well as renovate additional parts of our home that were not affected by the flood.
