My house was destroyed in a tornado and my public adjuster recommended Baybrook Remodelers for the job. My insurance company only gave me 6 months to have the house rebuilt. I was so impressed that they finished rebuilding the house by the deadline! I was very happy with Baybrook's architect, Dan Haslegrave, and his ability to maximize the space inside a 782 square foot house. We now have an open concept kitchen/living room, a pantry, a larger bathroom, larger bedrooms, and much more closet space in both bedrooms in what used to be a small cottage barely enough for two people to live comfortably. Now the house feels like a cozy bed and breakfast! I was also impressed with the owner of the company, Ken Carney. He took charge of the project making sure that communication was clear among all of his workers. If anything needed to be fixed or re-done, Ken took full responsibility and made sure the job was done correctly. The contractors were always available for me to call anytime I had a question during this major project. I was able to reach Ken and his workers even on weekends! The quality of the materials are top notch and the house came with a 10 year warranty along with an electronic manual of all the details ( paint colors, siding choice, cabinet choice, etc...) we chose to refer to in the future if need be. I would highly recommend Baybrook Remodelers for any construction job!
