I never worked with Bayer Excavating, but I have had work done by them before. Mr. Bayer has a nice personality, but it was his paying attention to the details that was impressive. He has and knows how to run several different excavating equipment, as others in the business can, but again, he pays attention to the details that most will not take the time to do and probably have little idea as to what a real full job to the end is. His fee was in par and I was not penalized for the extra time it took to come back to make sure that every nail and the like was picked up and the land was (land) scaped before leaving. Also, he called me back about a week later to make sure that everything was satisfactory which strongly upheld his being customer orientated. Therefore ten years later he now is the first one I am seeking out to do another excavating job.
