Caused us major leak. Although asked them yo come back right away when they finished the job, they weren’t responsive, and avoid responsibility. When eventually they came on site, Karl ( owner) started to scream at me saying that he has 30 years of responsibility. He left site without fixing the problem. he caused us major leak… stay away.

We have our shower trim installed by Karl. We have asked him to provide the proof of purchase of the Hansgrohe parts for the lifetime warranty purpose. He said that he will do so, but never did it. We contacted him again and again, and he never responded to our requests. After two months of use, the shower hose broke. We can’t get the proof of purchase to get the replacement under warranty. Karl’s customer service is very poor!
My general contractor has trouble getting him to respond, too. He said that he is no longer dealing with him. If you’re thinking about using his services, be careful and good luck!
