    Collin Baylies provided us with excellent information before the work was scheduled. Both Aaron and Jeremy who did the physical work were both knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and neat. They also went out of their way to answer all of our questions. The only suggestion I have is that it would have been helpful to receive a courtesy email or phone call to confirm our appointment a day or two before the work was done since it had been quite awhile since the installation was scheduled. ~ D.     Baylies Insulation was a treat to work with from start to finish. Liz, in the office was knowledgeable, efficient and personable. Both she and the workers, John and James, who came to my house kept me well informed and answered any questions willingly, patiently, and thoroughly. John and James were the hardest workers I've ever seen! They powered through a two day job without stopping. They explained as they went, asked my preferences when necessary, and were careful to place tarps and clean up. They persevered through a very difficult task insulating and covering with plywood in a cramped space under my sunroom, in cold temperatures. They custom-built an insulated box to cover my attic pull-down ladder door, on the spot. My attic, garage ceiling, doors, and sunroom are now as snug as I could wish. Throughout, John and James set themselves high standards and I am delighted with their excellent work! I will recommend Baylies enthusiastically.
