I would like to thank Paul Anderson for all his patience and persistence working with our insurance company, it took months for the insurance co. to agree to cover our hail damage but when they finally agreed to cover the damage paul had his crew here with the week and they did a excellent job, house looks great from the roof to the siding, thanks again

Bayport roofing and siding found wind damage on my parents house. They met with the insurance company and the new roof was paid for. Bayport promised that the roof would be on within 14 to 21 days. I was pleasantly surprised when my folks called to tell me that the roof was completed after only 4 days! The work was excellent. The crew showed up at 7:20am and were gone by 2:00pm! My parents couldn't be happier with the workmanship and integrity of this company! Thanks so much for taking care of my parents!

This is our first house and it is the first time that we have encountered storm damage. Jacob from Bayport Roofing and Siding is very professional by helping us to deal with the insurance company as well as fix all of the damage. The response was quick and we never had any concerns.

This company replaced the roofs on two of my properties. They were able to bump up my project when they had a delay on other job. I would definitely use them again. Plus, I really like working with local companies.

Bayport has been a nightmare to deal with since the beginning. We had hail damage to our roof last Summer. We went with their company after researching online there business. After the constant issues we had with them from the beginning, I can't believe there are no negative reviews and an A+ BBB rating. From the beginning, getting them scheduled to do the work took too long. The dates kept shifting. When they did the roofing work, which it appears they did a decent job on, they did not protect our property. They damaged our deck, furniture on our deck, and some of the shrubbery around the house with falling shingles. We ended up negotiating $500 in damages, but that took months and many follow ups with them as they wouldn't return any calls. The dumpster they dropped off, and used to throw all the garbage in, took two weeks and many follow up calls to get removed. We had some window screens and gutters that needed to be replaced, they eventually got done after more follow up calls, and in the case of the gutters, two late night visits to get the work done. We really didn't want them working that late, but felt we had no choice, as we didn't want to drag the work out anymore. Both of those contractors did decent work. I heard numerous complaints from my insurance company on how difficult Bayport was to deal with. At one point Bayport tried to get reimbursed from the insurance company for the $500 in damages they did, and previously alluded to. I had to reach out to the insurance company to get a final invoice for Bayport as they wouldn't release any information to them, because they were very pushy and extremely rude during the process to settle the claim. They were so disorganized I had to cash the final settlement check from the insurance company to make sure it wouldn't expire. Overall, while thy work they did seemed ok, dealing with them in every other way was a complete nightmare.

This is a very good company. They changed my roof on my primary home and repaired my rental property roof as well. Schedules were changed couple of times without my knowledge for roof repair, but job was done right! Expert craftsmanship, I would highly recommend.
So last year we had them come out to replace our roof. They came out early June. Set everything up and never heard back from them in over a month. After I had to contact them. Then the job was on the schedule and was to be done last year. Middle of Oct came by and called and they stated that it would be next spring and this was after I gave them over $8000 . Shame on me for letting them still do the job. But spring comes around and have the people come replace our roof and gutters. Then they disposed of all my gutter filters. They replaced them after talking with them a few times and they they put them all in backwards. Which again I had to redo. The I come to find out the sales guy was talking wth our neighbors about our personal insureance information. I contacted the company and they said well he shouldnt be doing that and thats all I got. No further info. I did try calling the owner and left a message and never heard back. I asked one of the managers that work in the office and she said he is like that. Plus to top it all off in our neighborhood we had 7 houses get roofs done by them. 5 of the houses are still dealing with them on issues we are all having. No I would not use them again.
