Bayshore Builders - WROST service, POOR quality, do NOT hire
They will take your money, ignore your call, and not care or even try to make things right when there are issues from their work.
I hired them to repair and patch my house's stucco. They assured me the color of the new stucco will match the old stucco once 'it dries' (this is when I am handing them the check when they are finishing). Naïve of me to believe them! But, two months later, the color is still not even close to matching.
I tried to email and call them for almost two months without any response... They simply ignore you after they got your money.
The contractor/owner was very rude when I finally got through the phone call and ask him to fix the issue and make things right. He told me to go read the contract where it says that 'the color matching will not be perfect'. They hide behind this ambiguous language in the contract and told me my ONLY option is to 'pay them to got back to do the entire wall'. I told him that's not right, I shouldn't pay for their rework when they didn't do things right the first time. He then yelled and screamed at me and hang up the phone!! He apparently does not care about honoring his business reputation and making things right by his customers.
Do not hire these people making the same mistake I did... This is my worst home repair project nightmare ever!
