    Total remodel of bathroom
    $9,540

Bayside customs was awesome! You can’t beat their prices, they totally remodeled my bathroom in 2/12 weeks, they were courteous, I could call Mark or text him any time with any little minor issues and they were there to fix it. They were all very professional and nice and got the job done, worked around my schedule. I do plan on using them again in the future for upgrades on our house.Thank you Mark and Chuckie for a awesome job that you and everyone done on our bathroom! I can say they went above and beyond to get the work done and responding to any phone calls and texts I may have sent to them. Thanks your company are awesome and I will be referring you to anyone that ask me if I know anyone that does home repairs and remodeling. I give you a 5 ******+. very happy with my new bathroom!??

Bought a house that they flipped
    Stay away !

Bought a house that they flipped in Towson. First of all the brand new shower in the master bedroom wasn't even done to code. The shower pan was half as thick because they left out mortar and the Grey liner which caused huge leakage and mold to the room below, no wonder the water went through the tile in the shower straight down to the floor below! So we paid $2,000 for a brand new shower pan and for all the damage in the room below.

Next the finished basement with carpet had to be completely redone they did nothing to code. Nothing was sealed or waterproofed and don't know what kind of Foundation they used because the contractors who did both the shower pan and basement were astonished at such poor work passed off as legit. The damage with mold to the walls and new poured flooring cost $3,000 all this for something should have been done right in first place.

Remodel interior and exterior house and garage.

    Worst Contractor in Baltimore

Incompetent drunks and drug addicts used by Mark Rousch and not the carpenters and handymen as promised. Unfinished and poor quality work. Don't let them into your home. No integrity for a supposedly religious person.

I worked with Mark (bayside custom renovation) to have a new addition (kitchen expansion) added to the home we bought a year ago. Mark is full of energy and goes above and behind to explain what he is doing and make sure he is meeting your goal. I found him to be honest and very trustworthy.
    I definitely recommend Mark

I had been looking for someone to come in and completely remodel mine and my husbands new home. It was an fixer upper that we had paid cash for and didnt break our budget and we needed pretty much everything fixed/repaired and redone. The owner was awesome and his workers were extremely professional, all workers looked to be in their middle to late 20's so i thought we had made a mistake choosing them. Well guess what? They were awesome, everything looked great and turned out just how we asked. Bay side was for sure the best choice. The house was move in ready in 3 weeks. They estimated it would take a little over 5 weeks. If we ever remodel i know who to call. I've since recommended 2 friends who were extremely happy with their work as well. Two thumbs up from this happy couple.

Used a bunch of punk kids to come work on my house. Owner Mark became a jerk as soon we had an issue.

This company is renovating the row home next to mine and took it upon themselves to deal with the gas supply instead of contacting BGE. I came home to find my gas had been shutoff through out the house due to their incompetence. It's a good thing I was aware of the issue so that I could shut all of my pilot valves off so they wouldn't inadvertently turn the gas back on and fill my house with gas.

Mark Roush, the owner, seemed very nice when we met him. So we decided to hire Bayside to do some work in our home. It was an awful experience from beginning to end. Their work and craftsmanship was terrible. Fired them half way through. Had to hire another contractor to finish the work and sued Bayside to get our money back. Never hire this company!

Had to take them to court to get my money back.
