    Build a new house
    $650,000

    Scam artist !!! Refused to get us receipts from merchants and subcontractors and overbilled us for material, labor, permits, etc. We estimate that he scammed us out of over $100K, then walked away when the house was just framed.
    Horrible, nightmarish experience!

    We had a horrible experience with a kitchen remodel. We highly recommend not using Baywood Builders.
